Below is the schedule of class timings for the weekend. Worth saving to your phone if you want it handy. |

You may check in to the Hotel from 3pm onwards on Friday. Evening dinner on arrival day is served from 6:45pm until 8:30pm. Don't worry about arriving really late as the Hotel has 24 hour reception. Workshops run continuously between 10am and 6pm on both Saturday and Sunday. There's also a workshop from 5:30pm-6:30pm on the Friday, before dinner. Evening dances run from 8:30pm. There are two rooms - Lindy Hop and Balboa. The Teachers' Cabaret is Saturday night at 10pm, and Marvin Muoneke and his band play live on Sunday night from 9:30pm. Saturday night's fancy dress theme is My Favourite Snack, with judging at 9pm. We now have a Tea Dance running on Sunday afternoon from 2:40pm to 3:40pm in the Richmond Lounge. This not only gives your brains a break and gives you a chance to practice what you've learnt, but it also gives a chance for the early leavers to have a last minute dance before they head off home. Sunday breakfast is a pyjama breakfast if you fancy joining in, and the Pyjama Class performs at 9pm that night. Everyone gathers for the survivors' photo at 2:30pm on Sunday before people head off. |
