Lindy Hop with Balboa Weekender Booking Form

  • For our Lindy Hop event we are now balancing lead / follow rather than gender. Please ensure that you are genuinely participating in the role you sign up for, and that you are happy to follow our requirements.
    We require that you dance in the role you have signed up for in any partner dance class you participate in. Obviously if switching roles helps the lead/follow balance in a particular class, then feel free to do so. We also require that everyone wears a coloured wrist band to identify their lead / follow status.
Standard package price Three Nights From £255
  • The early bird price of £255 will increase to £285 at the end of May.
  • A £20 deposit secures each place until 5 weeks prior to the event when a reminder will be emailed to you to pay the balance.
Making Your Booking
  • Complete all sections of this form on screen and click 'Submit' at the bottom of the page.
  • Wait a few seconds for a confirmation screen to say we have received your booking.
  • Check your inbox (and junk folder if necessary) for our confirmation email and ensure that all booking details are correct.
  • Follow the instructions on our confirmation email to make payment.
Once we have received your payment we will send you confirmation email and your booking is then secure.

Additional Information
Please note that deposits are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to an alternative event. Each £20 deposit holds one place up until five weeks before the event. Failure to pay all balances (on behalf of all persons) by five weeks prior to the event could forfeit your place(s). Cancellations must be acknowledged by Rock Bottoms to be valid. For cancellations made within five weeks of the event (up to the day before the event), we will refund 50% of your payment. Alternatively, you are welcome to pass your place on to a friend (please let us know if you do). Cancellation refunds will not be made until after the event.
